Yes I know, it has been a loooong while since I last posted.

 From Asianwiki.com

Anyways I am so obsessed with this drama right now. Every week makes me look forward to a new episode. Ugh, how can this drama be so good?! It has mixed feelings of love, worry, sadness, and a whole roller coaster of other feels.

I am not sure with you, but I so ship this two it hurts. And I'm really praying these two will have a happy conclusion.

Another thing I am loving about this drama is the OST! I am not that fluent with my Korean but still!!!

Anyways, if you're looking for a melodrama about love and greed then I must recommend this. ^^

Can You Hear My Heart? ^^.

School's back and I'm back too! :P I just updated my self with other series I missed, and now I'm currently engrossed with Can You Hear My Heart? with the cutie Kim Jae Won and Hwang Jung Eum.

From AsianMediaWiki.com:

Bong Woo-Ri (Kim Sae-Ron/Hwang Jung-Eum) was a bright 9-year-old girl, but she didn't have a name or a father. Her mother was also deaf. Nevertheless, there were good people around her like Bong Young-Gyu (Jeong Bo-Seok) - a man who loved her mother and was also mentally deficient. The Young-Gyu lived with his elderly mother and his son Bong Ma-Roo (later played by Nam Gung-Min).

Bong Ma-Roo was an honor student who was insecure about his foul-mouthed grandmother and his mentally deficient father. To make matters worse, his father married a woman who was deaf. Meanwhile, 9-year-old Bong Woo-Ri was elated that she finally had a family and a name. Tragedy soon struck when a fire occurred in a factory where their deaf mother worked. Their mother died in the fire and their father was taken into police custody because of a frame-up . Ma-Roo left his sister and said he would come back. Now, Bong Woo-Ri, her grandmother and father awaited his return.

Meanwhile, Dong-Joo (Kang Chan-Hee/Kim Jae-Won) lived with his grandfather, mother and stepfather. His grandfather owned the company "Yoo-Kyung," but the company was run by the step-father due to the grandfather's bad health. By chance, Dong-Joo met Woo-Ri. He promised to teach her how to play the piano. To keep his promise, Dong-Joo attempted to sneak out at night once. During this time, he saw his step-father allow his grandfather to die. An accident then occurred that resulted in Dong-Joo permanently losing his hearing. At the funeral for his grandfather, Dong-Joo's mother learned that her husband cheated on her and even fathered another child. Dong-Joo's mother also learned that the other child was Bong Ma-Roo. The mother then hid Dong-Joo's loss of hearing and took him to live overseas. For revenge, Dong-Joo's mother also took Bong Ma-Roo with them. While living overseas, Bong Ma-Roo changed his name to Jang Joon-Ha. Dong-Joo also learned how to read lips and, because of this, could act as someone with normal hearing. Everything was set. The three of them returned to South Korea and Dong-Joo now attempts to return the company to his mother and exact revenge upon his stepfather.

At first it didn't caught my attention but after reading a lot of reviews about it I decided to give it a try. It was different from my usual favorites which are Rom-Coms, it has a bit of comedy but the whole story was just melodrama which isn't bad since I also loved 49 Days. I'm currently on episode 9 and the main characters are just adorable especially their piano scene.

Superman. ^^.

Finally! Today’s the start of our very short semestral break from school and I finally now have the luxury of time to update this blog. :D Last night, I finished Prosecutor Princess and the drama kind of touched my heart. I liked the story, although the female lead character was a bit annoying at first hihi.

From koreandrama.org
Ma Hye Ri is a woman with an excellent memory and ability to focus, which allowed her to pass the bar exam with ease. Despite her talents, she is more interested in being fashionable and dislikes hard work, so she is far from being an ideal prosecutor and has doubts about her suitability for her job. Through her conflicts with senior colleages and struggles with difficult cases, however, Hye Ri gradually matures into a brilliant prosecutor with a sense of duty and justice.

Honestly, some actors in this drama were new to me(I just started watching dramas weeks ago ^_^). Ma Hye-Ri(Kim So-Yeon) was an obese girl when she was younger and through the watchful eye at strict diet plan of her mother she achieved the body of a woman every other girl would hope for. She likes, or loves, fashion and very much fancies branded shoes and bags, but because of her father she was forced to become a prosecutor. Upon becoming a prosecutor, she was really a mess at first and her colleagues would even exclude her because of her unusual ways on handling things. She was seen as someone who is not suited to become a prosecutor and as she go along she eventually matures and learned the how to become a true and respectable prosecutor.

Seo In-Woo(THE hot Park Shi-Hoo^_^) is a lawyer who came from America and befriended Hye-Ri because of a hidden agenda. He is the son of a convicted murderer that happened 15 years ago. Driven by angst towards people, he investigated his father’s case by himself and found out the connection of Hye-Ri’s father in the crime. In addition, he also befriended everyone who knew about the crime and concealed his true identity. But as he go on on doing his plan, he eventually noticed that he was already falling for the daughter of the man who caused his father’s conviction.

This drama showed not just love for the opposite sex, but also love for family. It really touched my heart because just like Hye-Ri, I am also a daddy’s girl. It had the right balance of comedy, romance and drama that would leave viewers like me wishing for more episodes. Hye-Ri and In-Woo’s love story wasn’t the traditional Romeo and Juliet love story. Both of them fought for their loved ones, and they also fought for their love for each other. <3<3<3

My favorite scene, Superman scene. <3
More screencaps soon :D

I’m done watching Coffee House and I must say it has a cute story. Of course Lie to Me will always be the best for me in terms of romantic and sweet scenes, but Coffee House has a lot of laughable scenes that surely made roll on my bed. The actors and actresses played really well and they were really cute in playing their roles.

It had a lot of twists and turns and will surely struck you. Compared to other romcoms, this didn’t had a lot of really sweet scenes(for me) but it had a lot of cute and funny scenes that will surely make you laugh. What I really liked in this drama was the transformation of Kang Seung-Yeon(Ham Eun-Jung from a child to a woman. At first you would really mistaken her for a boy but as the story progresses not only her looks changed but also the way she thought of things and all these were because of her boss-slash-mentor Lee Jin-Soo(Kang Ji-Hwan)

The story was not confusing but thinking of who ends up with who will confuse you. Indeed, this drama had a lot of surprises and I’m sure Kang Ji Hwan fans like myself will not be disappointed in his acting here. As usual his character here has its own eccentricities that will make his fans, and even non-fans, like him here. He always has his own magic of portraying this “weird-crazy-but-cute-and-caring” character.

I liked the ending too, and the line Seung-Yeon said towards the end of the drama.

Sooo I am currently watching episode 11 of Coffee House, and I must say I was surprised that the story wasn't what I was expecting it to be. Nice twists and turns.

I don't know but I was a bit disappointed, just an eenie meenie bit, because I had expectations of who would end up with who hihi. Anyways I'm still watching it and my disappointed didn't last because the next episode was good.

GIF's ^^.

Just want to share this cute gif of Park Jae Jung and Ham Eun Jung. The pictures where screencaps from episode4(not really sure hihi!) during their "awkward bus scene". I looked for an online gif creator and voila! :D

Smiles Like Sunrise. ^^.

I am currently on the 3rd episode of Coffee House and I think Kang Ji Hwan’s role here is a bit far from his role in Lie to Me but nonetheless his role in CH is cute, even his smile. ^^,
